About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Spark Power. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage electrical projects, including scheduling resources, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Field Electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring compliance with company objectives and financial targets.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, using analytical and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in an industrial, commercial, or institutional setting.
  • Education: Journeyman Electrician license 309A or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
