Spark Power is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure project materials are available and in place before construction.
- Provide regular project status updates to clients and executive management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Estimate time and materials required for jobs, providing timely quotes to customers.
- Oversee and/or perform electrical field work, installations, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Journeyman Electrician license 309A
- Minimum 5 years relevant electrical experience in industrial, commercial, and/or institutional settings.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with job quotes and electrical project management.
- Excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong background in customer engagement and sales.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent written/verbal communication.
