About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Prime Point Medical Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Treat Patients
    • Conduct thorough medical examinations to identify diseases and injuries
    • Order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment
    • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
  • Consult with Other Medical Practitioners
    • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
  • Advise Patients on Health Care
    • Provide patients with education and guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
  • Manage Patient Records
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Education
    • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in family medicine or a related field
  • Certifications
    • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
