About the Role

The Isle of Man Government is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at the Central Community Health Centre. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will provide clinical assistance and administrative support for qualified therapists in the management of patients with short or long-term physical dysfunction and rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective assessment, treatment, intervention, and follow-up for service users delegated by qualified therapists.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language, and dietetics professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and carers to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs and goals.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
