Job Title: Crew Chief

Top Aces is a leading provider of advanced adversary air (ADAIR) and joint terminal attack controller (JTAC) training services to allied forces worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Chief to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct the work of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and safe aircraft maintenance operations.
  • Coordinate the assignment of personnel to maximize maintenance flow and ensure compliance with airworthiness and safety policies.
  • Perform annual assessments of assigned crew members and provide training and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Ensure aircraft and related maintenance records are complete and accurate.
  • Exercise "ownership" of assigned area of responsibility and ensure a safe and tidy workplace.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience with flight and maintenance operations.
  • Leadership skills and ability to lead a team in a diversified and changing high tempo environment.
  • Positive, professional attitude and ability to identify and resolve issues proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Hold a valid Transport Canada M2 license, an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of RAMCO, an asset.
  • Proven track record of supporting and leading safe operations: OHS, Flight Safety, procedures, Human Factors, etc.
Working Conditions:
  • Travel is required for the position.
  • International travel may also be required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules according to flight operations.
Security Clearance Requirements:

Position requires II Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
