Job Summary

Top Aces is a leading provider of advanced adversary air (ADAIR) and joint terminal attack controller (JTAC) training services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Chief to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise the work of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Coordinate the assignment of personnel to maximize maintenance flow and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform annual assessments of assigned crew members and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure airworthiness and safety policies, processes, and standards are adhered to.
  • Provide on-site training and coaching to maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience with flight and maintenance operations.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to lead a team in a diversified and changing high tempo environment.
  • Positive, professional attitude, identify and resolve issues proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Hold a valid Transport Canada M2 license, an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of RAMCO, an asset.
  • Proven track record to support and lead safe operations: OHS, Flight Safety, procedures, Human Factors etc.
Working Conditions
  • Travel is required for the position.
  • International travel may also be required in this role.
  • The ability to work flexible work schedules according to flight operations.
Security Clearance Requirements

Position requires II Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
