We are currently seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Administrator roles, duties, and daily performance operations.



Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, migrating, deploying, and managing Microsoft services. This includes:



  • Administering the Microsoft environment and its capabilities with ease
  • Providing primary on-site support for Microsoft issues and updates required across the organization
  • Creating and maintaining an Active Directory
  • Conducting monthly audits on the Active Directory environment to reconcile users
  • Troubleshooting issues with Microsoft Teams
  • Updating, contributing, and maintaining local SharePoint team sites as procedures/documentation change
  • Assigning group, file level permissions in Active Directory
  • Providing support for escalated incidents and resolving system/application issues
  • Maintaining security by monitoring the system for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and taking action to mitigate them
  • Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:



  • A minimum of years experience as a Microsoft Administrator
  • Extremely strong proficiency in Microsoft Administration
  • A post-secondary degree in Information Technology, computer science, or a related field
  • Experience with on-premise Active Directory, including the timely creation of active directories
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English) required
  • A valid G driver's license and clean abstract
