As an Associate Account Manager at National Bank, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Director of ETF Servicing in managing customer accounts and identifying business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service and perform administrative tasks to respond to client requests.
  • Participate in business development by identifying opportunities and supporting account managers in growing client relationships.
  • Open accounts, review transactions, and provide superior customer service to ETF clients.
  • Work closely with the Director to manage customer accounts and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Perform various administrative tasks independently and resolve issues to improve processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
  • Work experience and/or knowledge of Mutual Fund and ETF services is a strong asset.
  • Experience with Fund Accounting activities, ETF Administration, and Custody for trade settlement and cash breaks is required.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel and the ability to use collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrate a good sense of initiative and independence.
