Job Title: Excavation Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Excavation Labourer to join our team at A & A EXCAVATING LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks on construction sites, including excavation, demolition, and site preparation. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and gloves are required
