Job Description

The Senior Community Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with the local community, promoting the school's mission and vision. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating events such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and graduation ceremonies
  • Developing partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to integrate community engagement into the curriculum
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work outside regular school hours and days of the week
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the school.
