Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all teams across your responsible city to conduct door-to-door engagements.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new team members during scheduled shifts.
  • Serve as the local point person for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collect and distribute new materials from clients.
  • Prepare, pack, and distribute team leader backpacks.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to organize polls and build effective teams.

  • A competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Able to walk 10+ kilometers in rain or shine.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented – record information accurately.
  • Work well in a team and in changing conditions.
  • Open to working with diverse types of clients and goals.
  • Multilingual is an asset but not necessary.
  • Access to a smartphone and laptop.
