Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Professional Book Fairs. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the sales process to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
