- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their tasks.
- Sales Operations
- Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and establish work schedules to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient sales processes.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability
- Accurate, client-focused, organized, and a team player.
- Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
