Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Professional Book Fairs. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support to build strong relationships and drive repeat business.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, organized, team player.
