- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare price quotations and negotiate sales agreements with customers.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Efficient and effective in managing sales operations.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced sales environment, interacting with customers and sales representatives on a daily basis.
