We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at TENAXX LOGISTICS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing minutes of meetings, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and seminars.
  • Administrative Tasks: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, maintain inventory of office supplies, and perform data entry.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
