Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Gateway Newstands. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, including setting up and maintaining records and reports.
  • Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents, including proofreading and editing.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Work Environment: Our office is a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be required to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
