Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Production Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of our production team. You will also prepare and submit reports, requisition materials, and ensure the efficient operation of our equipment.

You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase productivity and quality. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in training and coaching our team members, as well as collaborating with other departments to achieve our goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • a minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role;
  • excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • ability to analyze problems and develop solutions;
  • strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
