About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to oversee the daily activities of our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process by implementing effective safety protocols and procedures.
- Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of competency and adherence to regulations.
- Prepare production and other reports to provide insights into operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality by analyzing data and implementing best practices.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient production processes.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
