About the Role:

As a key member of the Product Engineering – Center of Excellence, the Change Management Lead will partner with Product Engineering teams to develop and implement communication and change management strategies that drive employee behavior alignment with business results. This role will be instrumental in rolling out efficiency improvement capabilities, including Generative AI, and process standardization for key delivery tools like JIRA and Q TEST.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead planning, delivery, development, and execution of change for organizational transformation programs, projects, and initiatives affecting people, technology, and processes.
  2. Participate in workshops to clarify guiding principles, organizational vision, business transformation, and change management initiatives to CTC's strategic priorities.
  3. Support continuous improvement efforts to evolve organizational change management framework and tools.
  4. Identify, analyze, report, and advise on CTC's operating environment impacting strategic objectives and performance.
  5. Manage and mitigate potential risks related to transformational change initiatives.
  6. Develop and edit communications shaping the internal narrative around Digital Transformation Office strategic pillars.
  7. Commit to excellence in service, delivery, and change management, policy framework, and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years' experience in Transformational / Organizational Change Management or related area, including conducting research, managing change, and developing policy recommendations.
  2. Strong experience working on IT Transformation programs involving changes in ways of working, e.g., Agile Implementation, Op-Model transformation, or AI Implementation.
  3. Excellent communication skills, including creation of go-to-market content for key changes to raise awareness and adoption.
  4. Compelling written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to switch between creative writing/storytelling and tactical writing.
  5. Professional and diplomatic in all communications.
  6. Significant experience working with a formal project team under a structured project methodology.
  7. Self-directed problem-solver with initiative and proactivity.
