Job Title: People Change Management Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned People Change Management Consultant to support our client, a top Canadian Bank, in implementing people change management strategies across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with multiple departments, including Design, HR, Training and Development, Tech Team, and other tech partners, to implement change management strategies.
  2. Effectively communicate across different levels of the organization to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
  3. Influence stakeholders without direct authority to establish buy-in for initiatives.
  4. Negotiate timelines and manage expectations for project deliverables.
  5. Develop and build status slides and presentation decks to report progress.

Requirements:

  1. Must possess a certification in Change Management.
  2. Proven experience in people change management is essential.
  3. Strong negotiation skills with an ability to establish clear timelines.
  4. Capable of building comprehensive status slides and decks.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Senior-level experience with an ability to hold one's own in complex situations.
  2. Familiarity with banking sector processes and red tape is advantageous; experience managing large-scale projects within banking will be considered a plus.

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Visio is beneficial.
  2. Experience using Microsoft Project is required.
