The IT Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic IT plans that align with our business objectives, overseeing the corporate IT infrastructure, and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems. This is a senior leadership position requiring a strong background in IT, with experience in managing large-scale operations and implementing technological solutions in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support operational excellence in the industrial services sector;
  • Oversee the corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of all systems;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency;
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance our IT capabilities and drive innovation;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in an IT leadership capacity;
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the Information Technology field;
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in managing IT operations in the industrial sector;
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, system infrastructure, cloud technologies, and software development;
  • Experience with cybersecurity and data protection protocols;
  • Proficiency in Google systems, Microsoft, ITIL frameworks, and database management systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
