**Sales Leadership Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our Solid Waste Service team in Ontario. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and achieve business objectives. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in sales management, extensive knowledge of the solid waste industry, and a proven track record of driving sales success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, establish sales goals, and create action plans to achieve them.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team across Ontario, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their sales effectiveness.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture that drives revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth by actively pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate potential markets, industry trends, and customer needs in Ontario, developing and executing plans to penetrate new markets, diversify revenue streams, and position the company as a preferred environmental services provider.


**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales management, preferably in the solid waste industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Ontarian market and its specific solid waste requirements.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
