About the JobAs a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for partnering with our Brand, Creative Services, and Digital teams to develop campaign assets that drive engagement and enhance our message. Your expertise in design strategy and implementation will be crucial in meeting our high-level goals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop campaign assets that align with our brand creative vision.
- Work with the Creative Services team to ensure consistency in packaging updates across all products, flavors, and line extensions.
- Contribute to the conceptualization of new product launches and flavors.
- Create print, point-of-sale, in-store merchandising, advertisements, and product images that showcase our brand's personality.
- Develop influencer packaging concepts and branded materials that push the boundaries of creativity.
- Take rough concepts or loose ideas and turn them into visual masterpieces.
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and promote fresh thinking and strategic storytelling.
- Capable of quickly revising work based on internal feedback and performance results.
- Maintain the integrity of our three GPN Lifestyle brands across different platforms and mediums.
- 5+ years of design experience; portfolio required.
- Demonstrated experience with packaging, coupons, ads, banners, etc.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
