About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at I Time Inc.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide technical support to employees, ensuring they have access to the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently. This includes resolving hardware and software issues, setting up equipment, and providing training to users.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records of problems and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of technical support experience

In terms of technical skills, the successful candidate should have knowledge of networking software and hardware, as well as security clearance. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will be required to commute to the office regularly. English is the primary language spoken in the workplace, but fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
