Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a systems administrator for the Salesforce environment
  • Handling basic to intermediate administrative functions, including user account maintenance, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, reports, and dashboards
  • Building and optimizing flows, page layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, validation rules, and other tasks
  • Troubleshooting system issues and outages
  • Implementing processes, automations, and other new or enhanced features
  • Performing regular audits of Production/Sandbox environments
  • Identifying and evaluating Salesforce efficiency and outlining opportunities to streamline and improve processes
  • Reviewing, testing, and planning Salesforce regular release and packaged app updates
  • Identifying unused or underutilized platform features
  • Communicating platform changes to end users and management
  • Creating technical documentation
  • Working with integrated applications, including AWS Connect, Adobe Sign, Conga, Celigo, NetSuite, LinkSquares, Gong, Outreach, and Mailchimp

Required Skills and Experience:

  • University degree or diploma in a technical subject
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator with experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including custom objects and fields, page layouts, roles and permissions, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, approval processes, flows, custom settings, mobile administration
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
  • Strong data management abilities
