Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to provide administrative support to our healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support services to healthcare professionals
  • Process new referrals, orders, and patient records
  • Enter, update, and maintain patient data in our electronic database
  • Answer phone inquiries and refer callers as necessary
  • Provide backup support to other positions as required
Requirements
  • College diploma in healthcare or social services field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of related office experience
  • Accurate keyboarding and data-entry skills
  • Proficient in database software, MS Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
