Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to provide administrative support to our healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, while also supporting the daily activities of our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support services to healthcare professionals, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with patients and families.
  • Process new referrals, orders, and patient records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer phone inquiries and respond to patient and family requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide back-up support to other positions as needed.
Requirements
  • College diploma in a health or social services field, or business/office administration.
  • 2+ years of related office experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages (English and French).
  • Accurate keyboarding/data-entry skills.
  • Proficient with database software, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet performance and service goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
