About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Di Beppe. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of meals, as well as managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train staff in food preparation and handling
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations, including meal preparation and cooking
  • Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
