About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, answering telephone calls and messages, and responding to employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Answer telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
SUPPORT FOR NEWCOMERS AND REFUGEES
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees
SUPPORT FOR INDIGENOUS PEOPLE
  • Provides cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
