About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in facilitating in-house learning for new and existing team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver training programs for Personal Insurance, catering to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for group training sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage group training sessions, adapting to the unique needs of each participant.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to ensure training needs are met, driving overall department success.
  • Support the growth and development of the Personal Insurance department, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • RIBO license, a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EPIC, and common Insurance carriers products/portals.
