Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at League, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in compensation and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Develop and implement human resources policies and programs
- Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies and benefit programs
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
- Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
- Prepare reports and respond to employee questions and complaints
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast-paced environment
