Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Sue-Gar Variety.
Job Summary:The Convenience Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the store.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
The Convenience Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
