Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Shell.
Job Summary:The Convenience Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote products.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in point of sale systems and inventory control software.
The Convenience Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
