Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Shell.
Job Summary:The Convenience Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, reconciliations, and budgeting.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Convenience Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with customers and staff. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
