Job Title: Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Shell.

Job Summary:

The Convenience Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Implement and maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • Manage cash handling and banking procedures
  • Develop and implement employee training programs
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Manage and maintain store equipment and facilities
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a retail or convenience store management role
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
