We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Expert to join our team and contribute to the development of sustainable predictive analytics models that improve our broker and customer experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have 5 years or more of actuarial experience in the P&C Insurance sector, with certifications in Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance, or Economics preferred. Strong analytical skills, adaptability, innovative thinking, and excellent communication are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and optimizing predictive analytics models to enhance business insights and decision-making.
  • Analyzing large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify business opportunities and strategic challenges.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to advance current analytics processes and drive change through process improvements.
  • Sharing conclusions and providing recommendations within established timelines.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive compensation package with bonus aspects and comprehensive benefits is offered to support your career growth and well-being.
