Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Branch Operations Administrator to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the branch in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client documentation and correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Supervise day-to-day operational activities, coordinating workflows and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Organize and maintain records of office activities and business transactions, ensuring easy access to reports and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate and process work orders for equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and ordering, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting facilities, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to coordinate changes to premises, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Identify and escalate irregularities and discrepancies to management, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Perform various operational activities to meet business objectives, client needs, and maintain overall service levels.
  • Provide administrative support, including financial and transactional processing, account processing, and compliance processing.
Requirements
  • Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic specialized knowledge and good organizational, collaboration, and analytical skills.
