  • Liaise with internal and external partners to coordinate changes to premises, minimizing disruptions to business operations.

  • Perform various operational activities to meet business objectives, client needs, and maintain overall service levels.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including financial and transactional processing, account processing, and compliance processing, ensuring proper documentation and administration of decisions.
  • Meet high-quality service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic specialized knowledge and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organization, collaboration, and team skills.
