We are seeking an experienced IT transformation consultant to join our team at S.i. Systems.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work on a major ITS transformation project for a public sector client, providing expert advice on current IT practices and recommending a path forward for new processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review existing ITSM practices and develop strategies for improvement;
- Utilize knowledge of ITIL 4 to advise on best practices;
- Support business process engineering for migrating from legacy systems to new adopted tools;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement efficient workflows using MS Visio;
- Develop process documentation to support changes to IT service models and process lifecycles;
- Provide expert guidance on integrating process and information models to eliminate redundancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ITIL 4 foundations certification;
- 2+ years of experience in ITSM;
- Proficiency in MS Visio;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
