Role Overview

Ey, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to join their Ottawa-based Government and Public Sector team. As a key member of the finance transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of clients' organizations.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearJob Description

As a Finance Transformation Consultant at Ey, you will deliver finance transformation projects successfully – on-time and on-budget with a focus on client experience. You will be an influential member of the team, fostering a positive learning culture, coaching and counseling junior team members, and helping them develop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver finance transformation projects successfully – on-time and on-budget with a focus on client experience.
  • Foster a positive learning culture and coach/counsel junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with a professional services firm and/or within the Government of Canada, along with a successful track record in the Finance/Payroll space (for Manager).
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience with a professional services firm and/or within the Government of Canada, along with a successful track record in the Finance/Payroll space (for Senior Manager).
  • Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members.
  • Experience in government and public sector and understanding of the Government of Canada's Financial and Pay policies is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in both French and English languages is an asset.
