Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Firehouse Subs. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, working with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires standing for extended periods and may involve overtime.
