Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Firehouse Subs. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are trained and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and may involve overtime.

- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly to customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and suppliers.
The Restaurant Manager will assist with the immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, including housing, transportation, and storage. The position also involves recruiting newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster, and supporting them with foreign credential recognition.
