Job SummaryWe are seeking a Credit Analyst to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large US corporates and subsidiaries of non-US groups in diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive credit analyses and reviews of corporate counterparties to assess their credit quality and recommend appropriate credit limits, terms, and conditions.
- Review legal documentation and propose changes as necessary to comply with company policies.
- Liaise with other teams, business lines, bankers, legal & compliance, operations, and risk department to ensure seamless collaboration.
- 8-10 years of experience as a credit analyst in corporate and investment banking or related field.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial statements analysis and debt repayment capability.
- Proficiency in Excel for spreadsheet analysis and strong writing skills for written analysis.
- $120,000 - $150,000 per year salary (based on location and experience).
