About the Job

The Credit Portfolio Management Group (CPM) is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will be part of a team that analyzes financial statements, assesses credit quality, and recommends credit limits, terms, and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing comprehensive credit analyses and annual reviews of corporate counterparties.
  • Reviewing legal documentation and proposing changes as necessary to comply with Societe Generale policies.
  • Liaising with other CPM teams, business lines, and Risk department.
  • Assessing credit terms and conditions, including financial covenants, security, and collateral.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a credit analyst in a corporate and investment banking entity or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting principles, and commercial and investment banking products.
  • Proficiency in using Word and Excel.
