Job Summary:

Holman Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business results through strategic HR initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational development initiatives that drive business results.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and benefits.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights on HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and apply this knowledge to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Advanced understanding of HR principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives and programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or Business required.
  • Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
