Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Protection Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, they should possess strong observational skills and be able to make immediate decisions in emergency response situations with minimal supervision.

  • Conduct proactive patrols to ensure safety and address policy breaches.
  • Attend and investigate security alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • De-escalate crisis situations and provide support as needed.
  • Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers when necessary.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to obtain a valid Alberta security license and hold a High School Diploma/GED. An unrestricted class 5 driver's license is considered an asset.

Benefits

This role requires applicants to be able to work both day and overnight shift rotations. The job may be physically demanding due to the size of the buildings, but it offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
