The Sales and Marketing Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for leading our sales efforts in the community. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive occupancy levels and meet established targets;
- Managing telephone inquiries and converting them into personal visit bookings;
- Conducting personal visits, following up on leads, and closing sales through lease signings;
- Tracking sales activity in our Customer Relationship System (CRS) database and analyzing reports to identify sales trends;
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and promote marketing plans and social events;
- Building and maintaining strategic networking partnerships within the local healthcare community and beyond.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A graduate degree in sales and marketing or a related field;
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, public relations campaigns, and special events;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to analyze sales data;
- Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities;
- Valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle;
