The University of Niagara Falls Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Director of Domestic Student Recruitment. As a key member of the university's recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract domestic students, ensuring that they meet the university's enrollment targets.

About the Opportunity
  • Develop and lead a team of recruitment professionals to achieve enrollment goals.
  • Build relationships with high school counsellors, community organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the institution at recruitment events and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with admissions to review applications and streamline procedures.
  • Analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions to inform recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with a minimum of eight years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or enrollment management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and team leadership.
  • Market analysis and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with data management systems and tools for tracking recruitment activities.
