Job Description

The Co-Creator Onboarding & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for finding, onboarding, and empowering our co-creators. This includes:

  • Actively identifying and recruiting high-quality co-creators through social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Developing and executing outreach campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and niche travel communities to drive sign-ups.
  • Guiding new co-creators through experience concepting, pricing, storytelling, and video content.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help co-creators refine and optimize their experiences.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, influencer relations, community management, or a similar front-facing recruitment role.
  • Proven track record of leading outreach campaigns and closing partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to engage across social media.
  • Highly organized and comfortable with data analytics tools (Google Sheets, CRM software).
